Despite having proper support for the functionality, the DateConverter class
does not convert for java.time.LocalDate or java.time.LocalTime input—only
java.time.LocalDateTime works. The reason for this is that these types are not
handled for dispatch to DateConverter in the XWorkBasicConverter class.
