Description: Remove deprecated {{ReflectionContextFactory}} interface and
all its implementations. (was: The interface {{ReflectionContextFactory}} is
only used in Config Browser plugin to show validators. It creates a custom
{{OgnlContext}} just to fulfill purpose of this one action. It shouldn't be
used in production code.)
