[~lukaszlenart] Yes it was originally resolved by the linked PRs, but those PRs
as well as the original causing PR itself was reverted by yourself in
[https://github.com/apache/struts/pull/1219]
So I guess you can now close this issue as "No longer valid" or something to
that effect
