The current version of the plugin has been working with every version of IDEA
until 2025.1 (251). But something has changed in version 2025.2 (252) of IDEA
and the view Project structure > Modules cannot be displayed when the plugin is
activated. I have confirmed that it is the struts-plugin that causes this view
to not work by disabling/enabling the plugin and I have confirmed that this is
related to the upgrade from 251 to 252 (works in 251, stops working in 252).
(I have been making the plugin compatible for every new version of IDEA by
modifying the version numbers in plugin.xml in META-INF in the strutsxxx.jar
inside the zip file and it has been working until 251)
