Description:
In Java 25 the use of the three-letter time zone IDs is discouraged, probably
since Java 8. Java 25 now prints explicit warnings like:
{code:java}
WARNING: Use of the three-letter time zone ID "ACT" is deprecated and it
will be removed in a future release{code}

This may be due to the use of code like

private static final TimeZone GMT = TimeZone.getTimeZone("GMT");{code}
We should use the full IANA IDs like "Europe/London".
