Fix For: 8.0.0
[WW-5768|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WW-5768] moved the last fallback
step of {{UIBean.getTheme()}} / {{getTemplateDir()}} to
{{ScopedConstantProvider}}. That left these members unread and deprecated for
removal since 7.5.0:
* {{UIBean#setDefaultUITheme(String)}} and the {{defaultUITheme}} field
* {{UIBean#setDefaultTemplateDir(String)}} and the {{defaultTemplateDir}} field
Remove them. Code that called the setters should set {{struts.ui.theme}} /
{{struts.ui.templateDir}} globally or per package with {{<scoped-constant>}}.
Code that builds a component by hand should set a {{ScopedConstantProvider}}.
Mention this in the 8.0.0 migration guide.
