Follow-up to WW-3576.
WW-3576 (7.5.0) removed the entry-set cache from {{SessionMap}}: {{entrySet()}}
is built fresh on every call so it always reflects the session. The protected
{{entries}} field is kept for source compatibility with subclasses, marked
deprecated for removal, and is no longer read or written by {{SessionMap}}.
Remove the field in 8.0.0.
