Add the {{ActionRegistry}} equivalents of {{<global-results>}},
{{<global-exception-mappings>}} and wildcard action names. Registry config must
stay no broader than the equivalent {{struts.xml}} (Strict Method Invocation,
allowed methods, OGNL allowlist).
