Description:
It would be nice for the {{svn status}} command to have a flag which would not
show the files which have only whitespace and/or end of line style changes.
This flag exists for the {{svn diff}} command ('-x --ignore-space-change
--ignore-eol-style ' etc) and it could also be implemented for {{svn status}}.
I set the Subcomponent field to 'libsvn_client' because I presume that the
described functionality should also appear in the API to be used by other
clients.
