Fixed in [r1841059|http://svn.apache.org/r1841059]. Instead of ".svn/shelves"
the storage directory is now ".svn/x/shelves/v2".
# Being different from the dir used in svn 1.10 fixes this issue for now.
# Containing a shelving storage format version number enables us to change it
again as we develop further experimental versions.
# Using an "x" prefix cleanly separates all experimental work from stable
entries in ".svn".
