Resolution: Fixed
Currently only the latest 1.9.x, 1.10.x and 1.11.0-rc2 packages are on
{{dist/release}}. Our release process documents that unsupported releases and
older version of supported releases should be removed from there. Therefore
there's no need to keep this issue open.
