Can't checkout directory which do not exists in present, but existed in the
past even if correct -r is supplied.
svn checkout -r \{2019-02-01} svn://svn.freebsd.cz/ports/head/www/wml fails
but svn checkout -r \{2019-02-01} svn://svn.freebsd.cz/ports/head/www/ works
and wml subdirectory is there as expected.
