Thanks for the bug report. Soon these links will be removed and 1.10.x will be
declared end-of-life (leaving 1.14.x as the only supported line). Apologies
for the inconvenience.
If you need 1.10.x specifically you may download it from the archive (link at
the top of the download page) or via downstream packagers; however, 1.14.x is
recommended.
