newsletter with column formatting

Trying to print the second page only of a newsletter using mail merge (an
address block) displays no columns in the document on the new print-preview
pane, also a different number of pages due to the reformatting.  Another
document without columns prints O.K.  The document was created in version 3.2.1
and trying to print in the new version 3.3.
