- make a numbered list not starting from 1 (i.e. numbered list then on options
tab ‘start from’ a number higher than 1)
- enter some text
- below the list,enter a reference to the first item (i.e. Insert → Cross
Reference → Numbered paragraph → the one item from above)
The reference number will be 1; it should be whatever chosen in the first step.
