It's called "In the Matter Of: Instrument of God", it is over 750 pages. It begins with a 5-page index of cross-references which shows the first speaking role of every character and has over 250 references. Then comes the table of contents, 187 chapters, and finally the footnotes at the end of the book, which has 29 footnotes for various points in the book, and I don't relish having to manually re-insert them.
