Attachment 75940 on Bug 117113 "PDF as generated by PDFCreator" applies to this
as well so I don't have to upload it twice.
As noted in bug 11713 and Bug 117112, I have a large Word Perfect 8 document,
over 750 pages.
If you go to page 7 of that PDF, the first page of "Outtakes", you can see that
there is a header paragraph above the first endnote ("footnote"). When this
document gets loaded into OOO, OOO inserts a page break before the first
endnote, the explanation paragraph is "widowed" onto the previous page by
itself.
Also the numbering of the endnotes changes from arabic numerals to roman
numerals. (I get i, ii, iii rather than 1, 2, 3 etc.)
