Attached word doc is a form with an embedded picture forming the logo at top
and other info at bottom of page.
In Word, it's in the background and form-filling works perfectly.
When imported to OO Writer, the 'picture' overlays the table and it's not
possible to fill in the table without first deleting the picture. 'Send to
Back' and 'Send backwards'in the Arrange function have no useful effect
