When selecting a table, the table toolbar becomes visible. This moves the
entire text pane down relative to the window.
The text should never move unless the user indicated that it should move by
scrolling or inserting or other gestures.
Changing the visibility of the table toolbar should adjust the text scrolling
within the text pane so that there is no text movement relative to the window.
