        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Error pop-up: "Prop Res DLL not loaded"
    Classification: Application
           Product: Word processor
           Version: OOo 3.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Priority: P3
         Component: ui
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
         QAContact: [email protected]

I've been using Open Office for a number of years with no problems, but lately
when opening a saved document, or when attempting to print a document, or
trying to manipulate a document in any way, a pop-up appears with the words:

"ERROR: Prop Res DLL not loaded"

The pop-up is a rectangle approx. one inch tall, one and a half inches wide, and
contains no information other than what I've quoted above. It has a red X close
button in the upper right corner, and a plain gray "ok" button in the center,
but these must be clicked at least eight times before the pop-up finally
disappears and lets me proceed. Once the pop-up is gone, everything works as it
should, but having to click that thing repeatedly certainly interrupts my
workflow and it has become very annoying.

I have no idea what DLL it's referring to, or why this DLL should suddenly not
be loaded after using Open Office Writer with no problems for years. To try to
solve this issue, I downloaded a fresh copy of 3.3.0 from Open Office web site,
but it didn't solve the problem, the error pop-up continues to appear whenever
I try to use the Writer module.

Is there a site where I might check for missing DLLs and download any needed?
I am no programmer or software writer, I haven't a clue how to go about finding
this error, let alone the ability and knowledge to repair it, so I would deeply
appreciate any possible help to solve this. Thank you.
