        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Changing format Below Paragraph doesn't function
                    normally
    Classification: Application
           Product: Word processor
           Version: OOo 3.3
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows Vista
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Priority: P4
         Component: formatting
        AssignedTo: [email protected]
        ReportedBy: [email protected]
         QAContact: [email protected]

I can update the Format | Paragraph | Below Paragraph and set it to 0.25". This
will normally add a 0.25" padding under the paragraph.

I now want to apply this to the Default style. However, the line spacing become
0.25" instead of just the Below Paragraph Padding. I don't want the line
spacing to change. Keep the line spacing as it is.

If I create a "new style from selection" then it works. By creating a new
style, then applying the value, it works.

But again, adjusting the Default or the TextBody style, doesn't work.
