Sample with defect
The fault appeared on some pieces of text I'd altered since updating my version
of Openoffice. I'm not sure of the build, but I downloaded the installer on
27/2/2011 and it was the newest version availible at that time.
To get it the fault:
1: Open Writer.
2. Generate a new document.
3. Type several words of text in a line.
4. Select one of the words somewhere in the middle of that text and hit copy.
5. Save the document as an rtf.
On closing and reloading the document all words after the word you copied
should have vanished. If paste is used at the beginning of each line in a
document with several lines, some of the pasted words may also disappear, but
this second effect was quite random and I couldn't reliably reproduce it.
