Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: OO 330m20 - can no longer print multiple copies
Classification: Application
Product: Word processor
Version: OOO330m20
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Windows 7
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Priority: P3
Component: printing
AssignedTo: [email protected]
ReportedBy: [email protected]
QAContact: [email protected]
When I upgraded from OO 3.21 to 330m20 in a Windows 7 32 bit system, I was no
longer able to print multiple copies. In version 3.21, all worked fine. I
tried uninstalling OO 3.3 and my printer driver, ran CCleaner, rebooted the
computer and then reinstalled the printer driver and OO 3.3 ... the problem was
still there. No matter how many pages I specify in the print dialogue box,
only one copy gets printed. I have an HP Laserjet 1300 printer.
A WORK AROUND I FOUND :
1) Press [CTRL] + [P] to open up the printing dialogue box.
2) Specify the number of copies required and the page(s) you wish to print.
3) Click the Properties button middle right.
4) Click the Advanced tab.
5) Specify the number of copies you require once again.
6) Click the OK button on the bottom.
7) Click the Print button to send your page(s) to your printer. The printer
should print the number of pages specified.
It works for me. It would be nice if this was corrected for the nex OO
release. Thanks !
