A description like "document looks broken" or "import does not work well at
all" is not good to handle, as you can imagine.
Yes some frames are positioned incorrectly - but this is a known problem (issue
25757, issue 46918, issue 58791, issue 58557 and some others relating to
compatibility of Writer's and Word's frames).
Yes, one can report several problems in one summary / desciption like this -
but this can not be handled properly in a tracking system and won't make it a
valid issue. Read http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/pre_submission.html,
especially "One problem - one issue".
