I have network access (hey, I filed this bug!). When I activate the Extension
Manager and tell it to update, I get the message:
Extension Manager:
Could not establish network connection to extensions.services.openoffice.org.
I can browse to pages on that site, so it looks like this is an openoffice
problem.
