.doc file that prints wrong from an email
I saved my resume in .odt and .doc files. I send the .doc file as an attachment
to prospective employers. I choose Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP as the saving
format. When I see the file that I had sent printed out by the prospective
employer, it looks like the first attachment called "First".
I was going to send a second attachment showing what it looks like in Open
Office, but that option is not allowed. So, I will DESCRIBE what it is supposed
to look like. The lines starting with "efficient", "drilling", "electrical",
"Graduated" and "mechanical" are lined up in the same horizontal position as
all of the other lines. Like below the "J" in Joseph.
The attachment shows how it gets printed out on at least 2 separate occasions.
