This feature has been adopted by many other kinds of apps other than web
browsers. IDEs have the feature, The Mac Finder has the feature, etc.
Writer and the other OO apps should have the feature.
A further enhancement is to go to the previous (and next) site where something
changed (i.e. like forward and back except skipping the locations where nothing
changed.
