I have tested previously created passport protected files and Version 3.3 only
let me read them. Unable to determine the lock problem. Word let me open and
edit and then going back to OpenOffice, same difficulty. Tried Symphony,
problem resolved, after opening and refiling, able to edit and save files in
OpenOffice.
