Place the text cursor with the mouse. Hold down shift. Press Page Up. A page is
selected as expected. Press Page Up a second time, the display is scrolled but
the text cursor does not move and the selection is not changed.
This does not happen every time, but more often than not. I have not been able
to determine the exact circumstances.
I also noticed this behaviour in version 3.2.
