The OpenOffice.org Writer v3.3.0 function:
 Menu/Insert/Hyperlink
 Screen:Hyperlink
  Section:'Target in document',
  Line:Target
  Button - Target in Document
 Screen: Target in Document
  Line: Headings
   and Bookmarks

Problem: once these hyperlinks are set up within a document, and the
highlighted text becomes blue with underline. Clicking on hyperlink will cause
a document to open, however the cursor remains at the top of the document and
does not follow within the document to the correct heading or bookmark.
