I'm a small business user and it is of course important ta have header and footer in my letters. I created a new template from scratch and copied the text from the original template. Mow it works. I can't understand why though, since it's built the same way: A first page and a default page. The numbering on the default page. To me the issue is solved. I have attached the new template.
