Since downloading ver. 3.3.0 (OOO330m20--Build 9567) Writer will no longer
print envelopes on my HP LaserJet 4ML. Everything appears to work normally: the
document is sent to the print queue, the printer runs the envelope through, but
it comes out completely blank.
