Since RTF export uses the ww8 code, there is a problem when Writer wants to
provide clipboard content in RTF format. Clipboard documents don't have a
DocShell, so some content gets lost.
Why on earth don't we have a DocShell *always*?
To reproduce, paste Writer clipboard content as RTF.
