odt file demonstating the problem

In the attached example file, I:
1. created a 5x2 table
2. Filled in header text
3. Selected the whole table and turned off the top border.
4. Selected the top row, right-clicked and selected Cell->Bottom.  All but the
4th column were bottom-justified.
5. The last column of the second row is uneditable. There is no paragraph
marker, and I cannot put my cursor in that cell.
