Currently OpenOffice Writer does not allow glyph scaling for justified text.
This makes using justified text for some languages (like Khmer that has no
space between words) difficult and the result is poor at best. I want to
suggest that OpenOffice integrate the ability to scale glyphs in addition to
the current kerning so that languages such as Khmer will look perfect

I am not sure if this is possible - but it would be a wonderful addition to
