When using large pages like 160 cm x 100 cm, the indent does not work as
expected. Try:
1. New writer document
2a. Format -> Page -> Width: 160 cm
2b. Format -> Page -> Height: 100 cm, click "OK"
3. Zoom out to see the full screen. Switch on the ruler if not visible
3. Place the text cursor to the first line and set the alignment to "Center"
(Ctrl+E).
Expected output: the text is centered within the page width, cursor should be
around 80 cm.
Actual output: the text is centered around 20 cm, definitely not in the center
of the page.
When changing the width of the line by dragging the right upper triangle on the
ruler, the behavior gets more and more erratic. When setting the right upper
triangle to 75 cm, the text becomes left-aligned and the "Indents and Spacing"
settings of the paragraph, are negative. It looks like the "Before text" and
"After text" simple wrap-around some given limit.
Conclusion: I played around with the max width of the page. Page sizes above 58
cm can not be used because of the described bug. It would be nice to have it
fixed, especially for preparing posters, it is the show-stopper.
As a temporary fix - just to avoid confusions - the page width could be limited
to 58 cm (now the limit is 300 cm).
