Hi,
Upgrading to OpenOffice 3.3 DID NOT fix the issue here.Since the issue is
reproducible only in customer production environment the assocaited data cannot
be shared.

We found another thread related to Solaris patches which has similar symptoms
as out truss trace, but the usecase is different here.

Our truss trace is also has system call entry 'lwp_park Err#62 ETIME' large
number of times.

Exact Solaris version where the issue occurs is Solaris 10 8/07 s10s_u4wos_12b
SPARC
SunOS 5.10 Generic_137111-07 sun4v sparc SUNW,SPARC-Enterprise-T5220

It is a high priority issue,any help is appriciated.

BTW I don't see option to reopen this bug in the Status dropdown below , hence
couldn't change the status
