          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows Vista
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P3

The first time I opened Open Office 3 it appeared to be stuck, with no files
opening. This was the case whether I opened it from an icon or opened by
double clicking on a file (which happened to be a .doc file in this instance).
I eventually discovered that there was a totally obscured window inviting me to
take part in a survey whereby statistics would be collected. This window
requires a reply before Open Office will continue. I only eventually
discovered this when minimising some other program (and answered yes to the
question). I believe this is completely baffling for the new user - and
temporarily baffling for me. Please find a way of making sure that this show
stopper window goes on top.
Version is 3.3.0 m20 build 9567
