I created my resume and cover letter in the OpenOffice.org software. Then, I
open my yahoo email so I can create a new email to send my documents to
potential employers.
I copy my cover letter first and paste it into the body of my email. Then, I
purposely make a line of demarcation underneath it to separate my cover letter
from my resume.
I make the line simply out of equal signs like this: "============". It touches
the farthest left side of the screen until it touches the farthest right side
of the screen.
Then I copy my resume from the OpenOffice.org software system and paste it
under the "==================". Then I send my cover letter and resume to a
potential employer.
When I check my recently sent email in the sent folder, the email looks normal
until I scroll down past the resume and for some reason, my resume repeats
itself. It looks totally different after I have already sent it off. The weird
repeated version appears under my neat resume and is aligned to the left and
just keeps repeating. I don't know why this problem occurs until after I send
the email off. No offense, but I am not intending to apply for employment with
your company. I am only asking that you help me fix this. I have OpenOffice.org
3.3.0; OOO330m20 (Build:9567), if this information helps.
