Simple data file

When printing a merge document and choosing file as the output and then opening
the output file, OpenOffice asks if you want to 'Update all links?'

This is incorrect and useless behavior because the 'printed' output should be
'flattened' to eliminate any links to any documents and yield only a formatted
text file.

To recreate:
Create a spreadsheet of addresses see attached file d1

>From Startcenter click 'Text Document'
File->New->Labels under the 'Options' tab, be sure 'Synchronize contents' is
checked and under the 'Labels' tab select some labels such as Avery letter size
Avery 5160

click 'New Document'

Make sure View->Field Names is checked

Insert->Fields->Other to bring up the 'Fields' tab pane and select 'Database'
tab
Under 'Database selection' click the ''Browse...' button to 'Add database file'
Browse to d1 and choose

Under 'Type' click 'Next record' and under 'Database selection' expand D1,
click Sheet1 and click 'Insert'
You should now see 'Next record:d1.Sheet1' in the first label
Move the insertion point to before 'Next record:d1.Sheet1'

Back in the 'Fields' tab pane:
Under 'Type' click on 'Mail merge fields'
Under 'Database selection' expand D1 expand Sheet1 for each field, click the
field and click 'Insert'

So that you can format the label, make sure View->Field Names is unchecked.

Click the 'Synchronize labels' button.

File->Print
When the dialog 'Your document contains address database fields. Do you want to
print a form letter?' comes up, click 'Yes'

Choose Records:All Output:File Save merged document:Save as single document
and click 'OK' name document M1

AT THIS POINT, THE DOCUMENT M1 SHOULD BE FLAT TEXT WITH NO FURTHER MERGE
NEEDING TO BE DONE.

File->Open  and select m1

The dialog 'Update all links' appears.
THIS IS THE BUG. THE DIALOG SHOULD NOT APPEAR AND THE DOCUMENT SHOULD OPEN AS
IF THE USER CLICKED NO.
