If dev/code-style/systemml-style.xml is imported into IntelliJ and Java code is
formatted, certain annotations appear on the same line (such as method
annotations), which is different behavior that the behavior of the
systemml-style.xml applied to Eclipse. Therefore, export IntelliJ format to a
file (such as systemml-style-intellij.xml) with corrections made for the
annotations.
