Description:
Due to some read/write and initialization issues, algorithm scripts may or may
not work with MLContext. This jira tracks work needed to make sure all the
scripts work with MLContext. Some algorithms may need significant modifications.

R4ML project copied some algorithms from SystemML and modified these in order
to make them work with R4ML. Future versions for R4ML will use SystmML
algorithm scripts directly to avoid maintaining duplication. But this would
require merging changes made by R4ML project to SystemML algorithm scripts
without breaking SystemML tests and performance scripts. This epic tracks the
work required to consolidate R4ML and SystemML scripts.
