Both linear regression scripts (DS and CG) work properly with MLContext. There
is no need to make any changes to these scripts.

The changes made to linear regression algorithm by R4ML project seem
unnecessary. Specially after moving to new MLContext, these changes will have
not effect. So there is no need to make changes to SystemML scripts.
