Any runtime program and hence the EXPLAIN runtime output contains rmvar
instructions for any created intermediate scalar, matrix or frame variable.
This task aims to reduce the verbosity of runtime plans to ease debugging. The
idea is to compact subsequent rmvar instructions w/ single operators into a new
packed rmvar2 instructions w/ multiple operands.
