Once this notebook is ready and functional, it will demonstrate following
  - Caffe VGG model can be imported into SystemML
  - This model can be used to classify the image (prediction)

Assumptions:
  - Functionality to import Caffe model is reasonably working
  - Caffe is not installed on the system
