There are a number of scripts such as Mlogreg, where we currently compile a
sequence of row-wise and cell-wise templates because expressions consist of (1)
various row aggregations, and (2) some additional cellwise operations with
final full aggregate. This creates unnecessary intermediates and partially
redundant computation. Hence, we should directly support full aggregations (at
least sum) in rowwise templates as well.
