I would say probably the best approach is to test these top-level algorithms by 
developing some MLContext junit integration tests to add to our test suite. I 
don't believe any currently exist. If I have time, I will take a look today and 
see if I can add a test for one of the other algorithms that could serve as an 
example for you. Ideally we would have tests for all the top-level algorithms 
through MLContext.

Also, for GLM.dml, looking at 
org.apache.sysml.test.integration.functions.codegen.AlgorithmGLM is probably a 
good place to look too to get some ideas.
