[~mboehm7] Great, thanks for investigating further into this. Would there be a
way to fix the issue of size propagation in the general case? It seems that we
keep running into this issue where a particular pattern of ops leads to a lack
of size propagation that ends up needing to be investigated and fixed on a case
by case basis. The recent IPA work aimed to fix a larger subset of these types
of problems, but it seems like we could benefit from having an even more
general improvement.
