Recently, when I am trying to find the literature for implementing scalable
{{eigen}}, I came across this paper "Parallelization of Principal Component
Analysis (using Eigen Value Decomposition) on Scalable Multi-core
Architecture".
[~niketanpansare] can you please comment on whether we need scalar wrapper, if
we could find a situation where we can implement PCA scalably with scalable
{{eigen}}.
