Summary: Increase default block size

So far we use a default blocksize of 1000 x 1000. This task aims to increase
the default blocksize to 2048 x 2048 in order to increase the default
compression potential.
Other advantages are reducing partial aggregation, increasing the applicability
of physical operators with blocksize constraints, and reducing the overhead for
ultra-sparse matrices.
